    According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, employment as a business analyst is expected to grow 14% from 2014 to 2024, which is the highest average growth potential of all occupations.

    The M.S. in Business Analytics program is for executives who need to master the necessary analytical skills to remain at the leading edge of their profession.

    The 18-month program focuses on learning how to turn data into information, knowledge and, ultimately, the sort of intelligence required to make decisions – adding significant value to the enterprise.

    The curriculum includes a quarter long consulting project mentored by the M.S. in Business Analytics advisory board who are solving complex data initiatives for Salesforce, Facebook, Wells Fargo, and other prominent Bay Area companies.

    About Professor Navid Sabbaghi

    M.S. Business Analytics program director Navid SabbaghiNavid Sabbaghi is a professor at Saint Mary’s College and program director of the M.S. in Business Analytics program. He earned his Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and was awarded a National Science Foundation fellowship in recognition of his academic achievements.  He has research interests in the areas of green supply chain management, portfolio management, and machine learning/artificial intelligence.  He is passionate about business analytics and bringing the next generation of data scientists online to improve the world we live in.
