In Person: Transfer Tuesdays

All visitors attending Saint Mary’s College in person events sponsored by the Office of Admissions will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 PCR test which must be administered within a maximum of 72 hours prior to the event.

• A government issued vaccination card.
• A photocopy of a vaccination card either as a hard copy or stored on a phone or electronic device.  
• A personal digital Covid-19 vaccine record issued by the state of California or similar documentation issued by another government entity.
• An authentic digital record that includes a QR code and accurately displays name, date of birth, vaccine dates, and vaccine type.  

To receive clearance, all guests should take the following steps: 

• Show proof of full vaccination at a vaccination checkpoint as designated by the Office of Admissions or show proof of a negative Covid-19 test at a vaccination checkpoint as designated by the Office of Admissions.

Visitors between the age of 2 and 12 do not need to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test.  Masks can be removed while outside when in compliance with social distancing.

Guests without proof of vaccination or negative Covid test over the age of 12, will NOT be permitted to attend on campus events. Instead, we welcome those to attend one of our virtual programs.
