I hereby certify that all information submitted in the admission process, including this application and any other supporting materials, is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge; and I hereby give permission to Saint Mary’s College of California to obtain any verification deemed necessary to process my application. I understand that withholding information requested in the admission process, giving false information, or submitting fraudulent or falsified documents may be a basis for denial of admission, or, if I am admitted, for dismissal from the College. I am also confirming that I want a formal review of my application to begin; and I will arrange for the forwarding of official transcripts and other documents as requested in the application instructions. I also agree to notify Saint Mary’s College of California in writing of any changes of status as to any part of this application which may occur after the date of signature. I understand that all materials filed in support of this application become the property of Saint Mary’s College of California and will not be forwarded to another institution nor returned to me.
